What if I still have not received my SIM on the expected delivery date?


We will deliver your SIM card to your place, wherever you are after you request activation online. You can order your SIM card on the PhoneBox website > Activation.


We are sorry to inform you that sometimes packages can be lost during transit or get returned due to an invalid address.


If your expected delivery date arrives and you still haven’t received your SIM card, please contact us at services@gophonebox.com immediately with your accurate address. We will confirm the information once again and arrange the shipping to send a new SIM card to you!


If you ordered your SIM card via regular shipping,


  • It may take up to 14 days in Canada/US


  • It may take up to 30 days if you are overseas


Please note that if you need your SIM card urgently, we recommend you provide us with your available USA address or request express shipping at an extra rate.
