hat is a Vacation Plan and how does it work?

Requirements:

• You must have a Monthly plan service
• Your account must have been active for at least 6 months
• You must reactivate your account for at least 6 months after a vacation plan before applying for a new one

What is a Vacation Plan?

A Vacation Plan is a temporary account suspension designed for customers taking long-term absences. This means your account, services, and charges will be suspended for a specified period, allowing you to keep your phone number without paying monthly fees.

How Vacation Plans Work:

Duration & Cost:

• Maximum of 3 months or at least 1 month per application
• Completely free of charge
• No application fees
• No monthly fees during the vacation period

Timing Requirements:

• Must start on the 2nd day of the month (first day of billing cycle)
• Must end on the 1st day of the month (final day of billing cycle)
• Partial billing cycles are not available; vacation plans must cover complete months only

Important Deadline: Please note that vacation plan requests must be submitted on or before the 26th of the current month for the plan to be applied the following month.
