Requirements

While smartphones add convenience to our lives, it can be challenging to manage multiple accounts if you want to equip your whole family or team with phone plans. That’s why we introduced multi-line account features in our self-serve platform.
If you have more than one account that you would like to merge into one, you are able to benefit from a multi-lining account function available via our website and mobile application. Users can add and remove lines to their account using a 2-factor authentication system.
This feature will allow you to transfer billing responsibilities from one account to another. This means you are able to see a consolidated account balance and easily keep track of what you owe for each one of the lines under the account.
