How to Sign up PhoneBox Self-serve
Available Features for All Plans
- Add / Remove Auto-Payment: Set up or update your auto-payment method anytime.
- Friends Referral Program: Invite friends and earn rewards when they join PhoneBox.
- Manage Multi-Line Account: Add, remove, or manage multiple lines under one account.
- Update Account Information: Edit your personal information such as your name or email address.
Available Features for Monthly Plans
- **Plan Change : **Your new plan will take effect from the next billing cycle (2nd–1st).
- **Vacation Plan : **Pause your service temporarily at a reduced rate.
- Suspend Your Number: Temporarily suspend your service if your SIM card or device is lost.
- **View Invoice : **Download or review your monthly invoices online.
- **Terminate plan : **Request to end your service
Available Features for Prepaid Plans
- **Extend Your Plan : **Add another term before your current one ends.
- **Plan Change : **Your new plan will apply beginning from the next 30-day term.
- **Add Data (Top-Up) : **Top up your current term.
