When will I get my refund after terminating my account?

Requirements:

• Customers are able to receive a refund under some conditions. You have to fill out the refund method form.

Once we receive the form filled with the refund method information from the client, we can process the refund related to unused services left in the account. The refund will be sent on the end of the following month.

Case example

The monthly customer account was terminated as of March 10th and she already filled out the form for the refund method. However, she is not sure about when she will receive the refund.

Solution: The customer needs to wait until the end of the following month, in this case, April. Sometimes sending the refund is failed due to incorrect credit card/bank information provided. But we will always inform clients about any issue.
