When will PhoneBox deliver my SIM card?

Requirements: To sign up for a PhoneBox plan, you need a credit card. International credit cards are accepted.
Delivery Process
We will deliver your Prepaid or Monthly SIM card after you purchase a plan through our website. Once we process your shipping order, the SIM card will be sent out the following business day. Please note that our shipping department is closed on weekends and Holidays.

Important: Check your email regularly after your request! We verify your shipping address before sending the SIM card and will email you if there are any issues.
Delivery Details
- Within Canada: Standard delivery timeframes apply between 5 to 7 business days ( Depends your address )
- International delivery: Free shipping worldwide! You'll receive your SIM card within 15+ business days if you're outside Canada
Required Information When ordering, you'll need to provide:
- International credit card information (payment will be processed upon activation)
- Service start date (when you want your number assigned and activated we'll notify you via email)
- Correct shipping address and email
Real-World Example
Nikola lives in Slovakia and will be a freshman at UBC in September 2021. He wants to get a Canadian number and receive his SIM card before leaving his home country. He found a good prepaid plan and contacted PhoneBox Customer Service with his questions.
The PhoneBox support agent guided him through the activation process: "Please make sure to choose your preferred number assignment date as the starting date and provide us with your correct shipping address and email."
Nikola received his SIM card in Slovakia within 3-4 weeks.
Important notice
If the sim card is delivered to your address before the activation date, please inform us in advance to let our customer support team change your activation date or cancel the plan for you if necessary.
