Why is my SIM card delivery delayed?



Requirements:


  • To get a new SIM card, customers must request on the website.


Why have I not received my SIM card yet?


If you are in Canada, please allow couriers 3-5 business days to deliver your package. If you are outside Canada, it takes 3-4 business weeks to be delivered. Please, note it also depends on the volume of the requests that local couriers received.


If you are staying at a hotel, please kindly check with your front desk for your package.


What if I still have not received my SIM card after 1 week in Canada/1 month overseas?


We are sorry to inform you that sometimes packages can be lost during the transit or can get returned due to invalid address.


If you still haven’t got your SIM card after a week if you are in Canada or a month if you are currently overseas, please contact us at services@gophonebox.com immediately with your accurate address. We will confirm the information once again and arrange the shipping to send a new SIM card to you!


Please note if you will come to Canada within a month, we recommend that you provide us your Canadian address to avoid this issue again.


Case Example:


Jacob requested an activation on Feb 20th, 2021. He had been waiting for a month but still had not received the SIM card. His flight is on Mar 25th.


We received mail returned on Mar 23rd from Canada Post, which is the SIM card for Jacob. It says invalid address to ship. We emailed Jacob to inform him the SIM card won’t be delivered to him and ask him the Canadian address.


We shipped out the SIM card once again to his Canadian address on Mar 24th by express. Here is the tracking number for his review: 337523975300 for Purolator.
