If you still haven’t received the reply from us after 2 business days, please feel free to send your inquiry once again, the first contact might be recognized as spam by the system.
Case Example:
Miki joined PhoneBox on Mar 28th, and she would like to check her data usage. She replied to the Welcome email sent out from us, but she hadn’t got any reply a week after.
She contacted us once again on Apr 6th by LINE. An agent from Customer Support mentioned, “The first email you sent to us went to donotreply@email.delivery.gophonebox.com, that’s why we didn’t respond to your email.”
She also got the answer to her question from the agent. “Customers are unable to track the data usage with Rogers at this moment. We recommend that you use your own device to track the usage, please reset your data on the billing cycle date, which is the 2nd of every month.”
