Will I get a notification when my prepaid plan is about to expire?


Yes, we will send three SMS notifications at different times, and we will also email you when your account expires.



Notification Timeline Example:


David's service term: February 12, 2021 ~ March 13, 2021


  • First SMS: March 8th (5 days before expiration)
  • Second SMS: March 12th (1 day before expiration)
  • Third SMS: March 13th (expiration day)
  • Email notification: Sent when account is terminate or suspend

What if I miss the notifications and my service expires? We will try our best to retrieve your phone number, but we cannot guarantee successful reactivate once the number has been terminated.


Will I receive notifications if I have auto-payment set up? Yes, we will automatically renew your services and send SMS confirmations to notify you of the successful payment. 


If it is declined for the credit card auto-payment, there is a message that will notify you as well.  


How can I avoid service interruption? To prevent account suspension, we encourage you to set up auto-payment through your credit card or make extension before your plan expires. Simply sign up or log in by visiting the My Account section on our website.
