Yes, we will send three notifications in different times via SMS, and we will also email the customer when the account is closed.
Case example:
David term is from: Feb 12, 2021 ~ Mar 13, 2021
We will send the first SMS on Mar 08th
We will send the second SMS on Mar 12th
We will send the Third SMS on Mar 13th
Imagine that even with the notifications, David fails to extend the services.
Will David be able to retrieve his phone number after it is terminated?
We will try our best to retrieve the phone number, but we cannot guarantee the number will be reactivated.
Will David receive payment notifications if he set up auto payment?
Yes, we will renew services automatically, and we will send SMS messages to customers.
