Upon activation, our clients will have the option to save the payment method for the automatic extension. You may also choose to add an autopayment method after activation by logging into your self-serve.

For prepaid accounts, unfortunately, all purchases are not refundable, including data top-up, term extension, and adding International calling minutes.

We will send out SMS notifications before your term ends. However, your account will be suspended if we don't receive any extension requests before your 30-day term expires.

Since a prepaid plan is considered a short-term plan or pay-per-use, it allows you to use that service for a set period or duration after the payment.
Consequently, there will not be a periodic type of monthly invoice generated and you will not receive any form of hard or soft copy of an invoice.
