When you sign up for a home internet service with PhoneBox, you will receive all the essential equipment needed to get connected and enjoy high-speed internet powered by TELUS or Koodo.


  • Modem : A reliable device that connects your home to the internet network.
  • Wi-Fi 6 Router : Advanced Wi-Fi 6 technology that delivers faster speeds, wider coverage, and more stable connections.
  • Necessary Cables : All required cables to properly connect your modem and Wi-Fi equipment.


These devices are essential for setting up your home internet service and are designed to ensure a stable and efficient connection for everyday online activities.


How to Set up


Telus Home Internet


The availability of professional installation or self-installation depends on your address.


  1. Self-Installation

If you live in an area where self-installation is available, the internet equipment will be shipped directly to your address. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

  • You will receive an email with step-by-step installation instructions.
  • Using the guide, you can easily set up the internet service on your own.


[Note] If self-installation is available in your area but you choose to request a professional technician, additional installation fees may apply.



  1. Professional Installation

In some areas, self-installation is not available, and professional installation is required.

  • A TELUS professional technician will visit your home to complete the installation.
  • After you submit your activation request, TELUS will send you an email to schedule the installation appointment.


Koodo Internet


  1. Self-Installation

The internet equipment will be shipped directly to your address. Delivery takes 2–3 business days in general.

  • Once your order has shipped, You will receive clear, step-by-step instructions via email to guide you through the setup process including a tracking number.
  • Koodo will notify you of your activation date via email and provide additional setup details if required.
  • For all installation-related questions, customers need to schedule a callback with the Koodo team.

[Note] In some cases,a technician may be required to bring the network at the customer’s home if their home has never had prior cable Internet services with other carriers, but installation of hardware is set up by customer
