How to Set up
Telus Home Internet
The availability of professional installation or self-installation depends on your address.
- Self-Installation
If you live in an area where self-installation is available, the internet equipment will be shipped directly to your address. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
- You will receive an email with step-by-step installation instructions.
- Using the guide, you can easily set up the internet service on your own.
- Professional Installation
In some areas, self-installation is not available, and professional installation is required.
- A TELUS professional technician will visit your home to complete the installation.
- After you submit your activation request, TELUS will send you an email to schedule the installation appointment.
Koodo Internet
- Self-Installation
The internet equipment will be shipped directly to your address. Delivery takes 2–3 business days in general.
- Once your order has shipped, You will receive clear, step-by-step instructions via email to guide you through the setup process including a tracking number.
- Koodo will notify you of your activation date via email and provide additional setup details if required.
- For all installation-related questions, customers need to schedule a callback with the Koodo team.
