How to Change Your 30-Day Plan


A plan works for 30 days and any new plan you select will take effect after your current term ends.

You can change your plan using either the self-serve website or the PhoneBox app.


Important note

For prepaid plans, payment must be completed before a new plan can be applied. Please make sure your payment is successful to avoid any delay in the plan change.


Step-by-Step Guide to Change Your Plan

If you don’t have an account, please create one first. You can easily sign up using your email address.

Go to PhoneBox webiste

Download PhoneBox iOS App

Download PhoneBox Android App


  1. On the Home page, click [Change Plan]
  2. Select the plan you want to switch to
  3. Review the plan details and click [Confirm]
  4. Proceed with the payment.


Once you have completed the process, you will be able to see your new term extension along with your new plan.


If you can’t see "Change Plan"


If you do not see the Change Plan button in your online account, it usually means that you have already extended your service and the new term has not started yet.

In this case, please wait until your next term begins. You will then be able to submit a plan change for the following term.


How to to cancel a requested plan change?


Clients will be able to cancel the requested plan change before the beginning of the new term. Since plan changes will always start from the beginning of the next term, we can remove the request anytime before the new term has begun.

If the new 30-day term & new plan have already begun, unfortunately, we will not be able to reverse the plan change. In this case, simply request a new plan change which will take effect from the start of the following 30-day term.
