1. Check Your Expiry Date in Self-serve

Go to the PhoneBox website: https://myaccount.gophonebox.com

If you don’t have an account, please create one first. You can easily sign up using your email address.

2. Check your Current term end date

2. PhoneBox Extension Reminder for 30-Day Plan Users

For 30-day prepaid plans, PhoneBox also sends extension reminder notifications to help prevent service interruption.

Reminders are sent via email : 

• 3 days before your plan expires
• 1 day before your plan expires
