International Calling Add-On

If you’d like to make international calls, please add an International Calling option to your plan.

This is an optional add-on (additional charges apply) and is available only for 30-day plans.

• 500 international minutes — $5
• Unlimited international minutes — $10

How to Make International Calling

Follow the steps below to place an international call from your mobile phone:

1. Start by dialing Canada's exit code: 011. This code allows you to make international calls from Canada.
2. Enter the country code of the number you are calling.
3. Enter the phone number without the leading ‘0’ in the mobile or area code.

Example 1: Calling a landline number in London, UK

• Country Code: 44
• Area Code: 20 (London)
• Local Number: 1234-456789
• Complete Number: +44-20-1234-456789

Example 2: Calling a mobile number in Korea

• Country Code: 82
• Phone Number: 010-1234-5678
• Complete Number: +82-10-1234-5678
