How to Renew Your 30-Day Plan


Please note that plan extensions are available for 30-Day Plans only.


You can easily request an extension through the PhoneBox Self-Serve website or mobile app. Extending your plan will add one more service term (30 days) to your account. 


If you'd like, you can also enable auto-payment so your plan renews automatically.

How to set up /  change your auto-payment method


Important Note

  • Once an extended service term has started, cancellations or refunds are not available. However, if the extended term has not started yet, a refund is available.
  • If payment is not completed by the last day of your current term, your service will be automatically terminated.



Step-by-Step Guide to Extend your plan


If you don’t have an account, please create one first. You can easily sign up using your email address.

Go to the PhoneBox website

Download PhoneBox iOS App

Download PhoneBox Android App


  1. On the Home page, click [Extend]


  1. Check the payment detail and click [Confirm]


  1. Proceed with the payment to complete your extension.

If you want to set your credit card as auto-payment method, click the check-box [Save this card for automatic plan extensions]
