How to Terminate Your PhoneBox Number
Your plan will terminate automatically when the plan expires. You can check your plan’s end date on your Self-Serve account.
Once terminated, you will no longer be able to use the same SIM or phone number.
If you have auto-extension enabled, please make sure to remove it before your current term ends. Otherwise, your plan will be automatically extended.
You can verify and manage your auto-extension settings under the Profile page.
How to delete your auto-payment method:
A refund is only eligible if the account cancellation request has been submitted before the next term starts.
