How to Update Your Home Internet Payment Detail

You can update your payment information through Telus/Koodo Self-Serve.
Telus Home Internet Users
- Log in to My TELUS via the app or web browser.
(If you don’t have an account, you can register easily.)
- If you have multiple accounts, select the account you want to update.
- Click Set Up Pre-Authorized Payments.
- Complete the form and submit to save your new payment details.

Koodo Internet Users
- Log in to your Koodo Self-Serve account.
- Click Manage Internet and Subscriptions.
- Under Manage Your Payment Info, select Update Your Credit Card.
- Enter your new credit card details and save the changes.

Notes
- Koodo Internet only supports pre-authorized payments.
(One-time payments are not available.)
- Your credit card will be automatically charged on your billing date.
- The first month’s payment is billed on your internet activation date.
- Any outstanding charges will be processed within 1–2 business days.
- Only Canadian credit and debit cards are available.
- Online banking payments are not supported for Koodo Internet.
