Internet bills are issued and managed directly by TELUS or Koodo, depending on your service provider while PhoneBox provides mobility services.
Because the billing systems differ by service type, billing statements and receipts are available through different platforms.
Internet Invoice (TELUS / Koodo)
You will receive your internet service invoice through your registered email on your internet carrier. Internet billing statements, receipts, and detailed charge information can be viewed through the carrier’s app or online self-serve account as well

Mobile Bills (PhoneBox)
If you are using a PhoneBox mobile service, your invoice is issued by PhoneBox. You can view your invoice through the PhoneBox Self-Serve portal.
